What is the difference between an admin user and a technician?

An Admin user has access to many of the configuration features of the WebDPW system. They can also see all of the work orders and assign any employee to a work order. A Technician level user has less access to the configuration capabilities under settings. They can only see Work Orders that have been assigned to them and can only create work orders for themselves.
